This page explains what personal information luqman.pro collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it.

1. Who we are
luqman.pro is the personal website of Luqman. Luqman decides how your information is used (the "data controller").

2. What we collect
- Account: your name, email, phone (if you add it) and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture from Google.
- Purchases: the course, price, discount code, payment status and the payment reference from NassPay. We never see or store your card details.
- Learning: your course and project requests, which videos you watched and how far, and the devices used to play protected videos.
- Messages: what you send through the contact or partner form (name, email, message) together with your IP address and browser, and our email conversation with you.
- AI assistant: the questions you ask. Phone numbers and email addresses are removed before they are sent; your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash.
- Visits: the pages you open, IP address, browser, device type, language and the site that sent you.
- Searches: only the words you searched for and how many results there were — no IP address or account.
- Partners: your payout method and details, and your commissions.
3. Why we use it
- To run your account and give you the courses you bought.
- To take payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To answer your messages.
- To protect the site and your account from abuse and fraud.
- To understand, in totals, which pages and courses are useful (we do not build profiles of you).
- To keep the records the law requires for accounting.
We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
4. Services we use
Some information passes through these services, only for the purpose shown:
- NassPay — card and wallet payments.
- Brevo — sending emails (receipts, replies, codes).
- Google — "Sign in with Google", the mailbox that receives our email, and encrypted backups on Google Drive.
- Cloudflare — fast and secure delivery of the site.
- An AI provider (for example Anthropic Claude) — answering questions in the AI assistant.
Videos are stored and streamed from our own server.
5. Cookies
We only use cookies the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, protecting forms, and remembering your language. Your light/dark choice is kept in your own browser. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- Visit records: 6 months.
- Search words: 90 days.
- Email delivery logs: as set in the admin panel, then deleted.
- Messages: until they are deleted, or until you delete your account.
- Orders and receipts: as long as accounting law requires — after you delete your account they are kept without your name.
- Backups: encrypted, and old ones are removed automatically.
7. Your rights
- Download your data: Profile → Privacy → "Download my data".
- Correct your details: Profile → Info.
- Delete your account: Profile → Privacy → "Delete my account". It is deleted after 14 days, and you can cancel until then.

8. Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, two-factor sign-in is available, videos are delivered through short-lived protected links, and backups are encrypted. See the Trust & Security page for details.
9. Children
The site is not made for children. If you are under 18, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
10. Changes and law
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
