Refund policy
When and how you can get your money back for a course.
🎓 Paid courses
Refundable within 3 days of payment
The time is counted from the moment your payment was confirmed.
Free courses and free enrollments have nothing to refund.
How it works
- Open your dashboard and find the course under "My purchases".
- Press "Request a refund" and, if you like, tell us why.
- We review it and email you the answer.
- The money goes back the way you paid. Depending on your bank or wallet, it can take a few days to appear. Access to the course ends when the refund is approved.
🧾 Charged twice or charged wrongly?
Charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or the payment went through but you got no access? That is always ours to fix — contact us with your order number, even after the refund period.
🤝 Partner codes
If a purchase made with a partner code is refunded, the partner's unpaid commission for it is cancelled.
